| B.A.Degree, Business; Appraising I & II. Richard Swift has over 30 years experience selling established businesses and the commercial properties that accompany them. He established McMurry & Swift, Inc. in 1978 and has grown the company to a leading position in the Puget Sound region. In addition to the direct sale of motels, apartments, mobile home courts, retail shopping centers, mini-storages, manufacturing operations, service businesses and restaurants, Mr. Swift appraises income property and businesses. His experience of being able to justify the cash-flow method of determining value has been proven in the market place by his firm’s successful brokering of over 600 businesses and commercial investments using this method. |

ELVERSE "AL" JORDAN |
| B.S.Degree, Accounting, English; L.L.D. Degree, Law (University of Wisconsin). For the past 40 years, Mr. Jordan has been in business sales and acquisition work. First with a large West Coast company seeking growth via acquisition and then in 1978 as a part owner of McMurry & Swift, Inc. He has been personally involved with the sale of medium-sized manufacturing and service companies and conducted searches for companies. |

HEINZ REDECKER |
| B.A.Degree, Business Administration majoring in Business and Economics; Real Estate. Before joining McMurry & Swift November 1982, Mr. Redecker had approximately 15 years of highly diversified experience in all aspects of restaurant operations and commercial business analysis, including the ownership of a very profitable 400-seat specialty restaurant. |

ROBERT W. LeBOW |
| Edison Technical School; Culinary Arts School; Real Estate. For over 20 years Mr. LeBow held the position of Executive Chef/Director of Food & Beverage with several well-known hotel chains, winning numerous awards for his culinary artistry. He then spent 10 years as the president/owner of a profitable restaurant/lounge. Since joining McMurry & Swift in 1990, Mr. LeBow's food and beverage experience has made him a valuable asset assisting clients within the hospitality industry. |
