He established McMurry & Swift, Inc. in 1978 and has grown the company to a leading position in the Puget Sound region. In addition to the direct sale of motels, apartments, mobile home courts, retail shopping centers, mini-storage businesses, manufacturing operations, service businesses and restaurants, Mr. Swift appraises income property and businesses. His experience of being able to justify the cash-flow method of determining value has been proven in the market place by his firm’s successful brokering of over 725 businesses and commercial investments using this method. |
